• Nextcloud Talk invitations: Talk meetings now attempt to bind attendees to their Nextcloud accounts first, only creating a public Talk link if not all attendees can be matched. A new checkbox lets you force a public Talk room when you prefer one.

Fixes

• Embedded images in replies: Replying to an email that contained embedded (inline) images alongside a long conversation history could cause the message to fail to send and drop into Drafts. These emails now send correctly.

Improvements

• Added an option to disable all file sharing buttons in the UI. This lets you run Sendent for Outlook with Nextcloud Talk only, without any file sharing functionality. You can now set FEATURES_CODES_TO_REMOVE with the value '5' to disable the Nextcloud Files integration, effectively removes public sharing and upload file button from Outlook.

Over the past few months, we’ve enhanced compatibility across platforms and further stabilized the product. Additionally, Microsoft is phasing out "legacy" authentication for Exchange Mailboxes, which may affect Microsoft 365 users.
